Training workshop packages start at $700 for a 1-Day workshop or $1,200 for a 2-Day workshop. All workshops contain the following content (but not limited to):

• Team building exercises and interdepartmental communication collaboration 
• Improving listening skills, including empathetic listening and perspective-consideration
• Understanding behavior styles to help you understand your style of communication and behavior as well as that of others
• Practicing Active Listening (triple-A’s and triple-R’s methodology)

Single Life Coaching Session

The Single Session Coaching includes a one-on-one 60 minute session with your designated Life Coach and includes a free Natal Chart reading. An initial consultation needs to be conducted prior to purchasing a single session or package sessions.

Package: 3 Life Coaching Sessions

The 3 Coaching Sessions package includes three individual one-on-one 60 minute sessions with your designated Life Coach and includes a free Natal Chart reading. Sessions can be conducted on separate days, or, may be combined into a single 3 hour session if you and your Coach agree that you will be able to receive the full benefits of your life coaching experience within that one day's session. An initial consultation needs to be conducted prior to purchasing an single session or package sessions.
